The Ministry of Digital Affairs is uniquely in the Parliament’s transportation committee, instead of in science, technology, economy, or interior (for cybersecurity) as in other countries. The entire capex investment cannot just go to one vendor, because if that happens and you suffer from a CrowdStrike incident or something, everything is lost.
