So it’s almost meaningless without prior community context to say what’s this individual’s preference. An individual doesn’t have preferences actually in isolation. So to your question, I think what we’re now looking at is some way for civic infrastructure to mimic public infrastructure. That is to say for each decision making mechanism that appears in the public sector, whether at a municipal or federal level, the how-to of doing this is open sourced sufficiently such that there is multiple civic groups doing the same kind, same dimensions, the same shape of deliberations that are like the possible futures to the central institution.
