So arguably, the attempts—and there were plenty of attempts accusing of election rigging and so on—all backfired. Our president now, William Lai, got elected with numbers better than the polls predicted, at over 40%. And we also learned that regarding these attacks from foreign sources and deepfake scams, the red lines can be drawn by asking the people what to do together. We sent a text message to 200,000 random numbers around Taiwan inviting a microcosm of Taiwan—around 450 people—and they together talked about mandatory digital signature liability for investment scams, and throttling connections to TikTok if they do not agree to our liability rules, which we put into effect last year. So throughout this year, there have just been no deepfake scams anymore on social media in Taiwan.
