And so I think the key here again is air cover, is commitment. When people know that whatever they do agree on will be treated as real red lines by the Minister of Digital Affairs at the time, yours truly, then people really pour in with the most nuanced, most considerate ideas. So again, pro-social design is the first step, and then you have to offer the air cover.
