Yes. It is… In fact, we’ve discovered again and again that it requires two essential ingredients. One, you need a pro-social designed space where people add to each other instead of detract from each other. And second, you also need air cover. The pre-commitment from the committed listeners that if our people really do agree on everything, or at least roughly agree on everything, then we commit to implement that particular everything. And the two feed onto each other. Because to give no trust is to get no trust. So it’s always easier to start in the gym, to try a local issue first, a hyper-local issue first, and then to start building trust by offering more pre-commitment in larger pro-social spaces that invites more pre-commitments and air cover, so on and so forth.
