Within a day, the same day, a small language model wove all those ideas together into a coherent bundle. And then we put it to a vote. At the end of the day, more than 85% of people—the microcosm—voted yes to this very good package. And the other 15% said at least we can live with it, we consider this legitimate. And so we did not just read the air or try to guess what the social norms are around. We wrote the air together, ensuring everybody shared a common knowledge that everybody else, all their neighbors, are all okay with this bundle of proportionate response.
