I think here at the university, we also have a number of people, researchers and students alike, who are struggling to find new solutions, making technology work in favor of rather than against democracy, and more broadly in favor of rather than against humankind. And we hope that some of this engagement and some of the aspiration to improve the world—be it but by little steps—will not just remain at the level of researchers and professors but also trickle down through the studies to our students. For them, as well as for our research community, Audrey Tang can be a great inspiration. Seeing how she succeeded raises hopes that such things can also work elsewhere and in the future. Audrey Tang, we thank you very much for honoring us today with your lecture. And thank you also to the Right Livelihood Center at our university for making this possible. And of course, as well for the ongoing activities such as the lecture series Sustainability Now that help us not to overlook the broader social perspectives, if not to say the broader purpose, of all our work and studies.
