Regarding why Starlink was not chosen initially, the reason is that when we started our planning in 2022, the Telecommunications Management Act at the time stipulated that if a telecom operator wanted to operate directly in Taiwan (rather than partnering with a Taiwanese telecom), its chairperson needed to have Taiwanese nationality.
