In two very important ways. One is that we are replacing top-down decisions with a community-based, bottom-up approach. Instead of a secret panel where you really do not know who they are deciding who to silence, the idea is that each community can decide what content they value. So this is the first thing: decentralizing the decision-making, not just the technical apparatus.
