Because there’s no immediate national act to regulate that particular point, it gives the vTaiwan community much more room to explore. So I would say that vTaiwan is now moving into a much more lab-like, research-like role, while the participation officer, the Join platform, and the state-run deliberative polling and so on, is now well institutionalized.
