So, I’ll begin with the ABI. The Electronic Signature Act is 20 years old now. And it suffers from two drawbacks. One is that any agency in Taiwan can, unilaterally, just post on their website that our service doesn’t accept electronic documents, period. And the law was powerless to force them, to compel them to do anything. And many ministries, after they post such a notice 20 years ago or 10 years ago, they forgot about it. And then, that means that many of the parts of the Taiwanese bureaucracy are face-to-face only, paper only, and so on, but they forgot why, right?
