So, when we say foreign manipulation, foreign is the actor and manipulation is the behavior, and it does’t even talk about the content anymore. So, I think the focus should be just consistent use of provenance, attribution, source tracking, really just journalism. And when people have the basic competence of a journalist, that’s where the antibody level is highest.
