So, participation, progress, and safety in other countries are usually through ministries. Or in the more recent ministries, like two ministers. In some frontline states, you would have security and participation in what’s called societal resilience. But the ministry of economy would be another minister. Or in some, like a ministry of the future, you have progress and participation being in a ministry. But then the cyber defense would be another minister.
