Yeah, it is a voluntary program, but we pay for the entire stipend for their learning, for their salary and so on. So, this originally started during the pandemic as increasing the rate of the young people getting a job after freshly graduated, because everybody predicted that because of the pandemic, there will be job loss for that generation. But we managed the pandemic pretty well, so that didn’t happen.
