I think, at that time a few years ago, this structure was very new in Taiwan and we had to change the company act for that, but more and more people are seeing that this with-profit scenario really actually does a better job at recruiting people because people can see that whatever they do is aligned on the mission level on a non-profit. And I understand you have a very similar structure.
