I was just chatting with some friends in OpenAI and recently there’s a contribution for MIT called offsite tuning. That allows us to see nothing of the Google Translate model, or the universal speech model in Hello Google, but nevertheless incorporate the local Taigi, or Hakka, or low resource languages, and so collaboratively tune it.
