In Taiwan too, we are investing into the chips that makes it easier to keep the privacy of encrypted data, and then compute over non-personal data for the public good, called data altruism, a European idea. Again, we see our chip makers as allies in protecting, safeguarding personal liberties, freedoms, and these very important human right values.
