You can always do this and use, I don’t know, Affero’s GPL or something, which is like strong copyleft, so that people who want to learn from your way of doing things could do so, and it’s auditable, more accountable, anyway. The key components that you use could be licensed for other people to use, if they don’t want the AGPL deal.
