We need to maintain our awareness that any action has a different spillover effect on every other goals as well. How exactly does those goals overlap? How does policies and other civil society and private sector actions actually impact these different goals and targets that becomes a evidence-based policymaking problem that only advance unethical use of data and make everybody see the whole picture at once?
