Yeah, sure, but if it’s something that’s within the capability, if it doesn’t need a new law, then we can just go ahead and allocate random millions of budget and make it happen. That’s the system we’re working on. It doesn’t end in voting. This is not the same as the mayoral or councilor election base. It’s cheap enough so we can do it every other week.
