It’s called a digital gold card, and it’s quite useful. Actually, gold card has been around for a while. During the pandemic, many of my friends in Silicon Valley used a gold card to get to Taiwan and avoid this whole pandemic thing in the U.S., but many of them are very senior or highly paid or otherwise have PhDs to be qualified gold card holders.
