There’s many different words for the same idea. But at the time, there’s not even, you know, commitment of 20% of compute on super alignment, right? So, none of this is public. I mean, it’s whispered about. So, we heard those whispers, but none of this are written up. And so, it’s very understandable that from a outside, if I’m a policymaker without deep connections to my own community, I worked with Siri for six years and so on. So, I know these people I’ve read left, wrong, right? But for a normal policymaker, not a weird one like me, it’s completely understandable that they would want to pause this because they have not seen a corresponding goodwill to increase the investment of safety and care by 30 times more so that there’s equal amount of researchers and there’s a promising career path.
