We see that with generative AI, especially interactive deepfakes and precision persuasion… Previously, the cyber attacks and so on were the purview of very resourceful, state-backed actors. But now with generative AI, the cost drops a lot. And so anyone can mount this kind of persuasion attacks or manipulation attacks at virtually no cost — just look at voice cloning scam operations and fraudsters and so on.
