So to me, this seems a little too conveniently clever, because couldn’t you also argue that if a bunch of people focus on AI doom, that’ll just make people fight to stop it and then lower the probability, right? It’s hard to say if it’s positive feedback or negative feedback. I would claim it’s totally negative feedback.
