But if you open source, let’s say gun designs, or open source bags of anthrax in every Walmart so anybody could buy a little bag of anthrax. They could do their own biology research, but that would be open sourcing in a way, or democratizing something that is offensive to society, even though some people could technically take that anthrax bag, and maybe do something that’s defense dominant with it.
