First, it’s a moderated test where the research firm works with the person and walks them through what it’s going to look like. We get the live, interactive feedback. Then we do an unmoderated study where we have a live site. We watch to see how successful they can be in registering, enrolling a passkey, and then some more moderated testing to get more qualitative feedback.
