One of the topics, that I wanted to cover as well, that Beth started talking about, which is capacity building and training and learning. I think that one of the problems that I see quite often in addition to lip service is very well-meaning decisions and discussions that this is what needs to happen, without any real mechanism of how it’s going to happen.
