Both the data sets for governments, I spoke to the law professors, they studied the standard the data sets. The data set for our Grand Challenge data set is under the Non-commercial and Research only. That’s the main problem, that we cannot get access.

Another problem is that it’s transfusion of the public TV and the broadcasting. The content of the service now, is that under the free license? We have to confirm that before we can use the data set.
