The ITRI, the Taiwan’s technology institute, has a spin-off startup, a social enterprise, called Dodoker, D-O-D-O-K-E-R, that uses the Ethereum distributed ledger to essentially record alongside each donation, each transfer of money, each use of the spending for the humanitarian relief or for whatever -- there is a footprint on the Internet for Ethereum chain.
