Just able to get the contents localized. Basically, what creative commons did here in Taiwan, do something like that here because CC Taiwan, there’s also a concerted effort in the early 2000s to localize the content, to translate it to appeal mostly to education interests and things like that. See now the Ministry of Education used these devices for almost everything that they fund.
