At the end of the co-creation workshop, we collect possible solutions and each government minister responsibility in it on a Friday. The next Monday, I bring this to the prime minister and my colleagues, the other ministers without portfolio. If they think it’s OK to proceed, then it becomes policy. That’s the system we’re working on at the moment.
