Together we organize the Personal Democracy Forum (PDF) in France, a conference that’s taken place for the last 5 years. It’s an American conference that’s organized in New York each year in June that’s been running for about 10 years. I’d like to let you know it’s a conference with people who still believe that the Internet can change the world and in fact in 2016 I have the feeling that in Civic Tech this belief is becoming quite fashionable once again.
