He found that with the use of algorithm in the public participation, it’s quite advanced and quite new in digital geography. He wants to understand a little bit more, and I think that’s probably one of... maybe it has potential that I can write a chapter around it. There are loads of debate about whether algorithm or machine learning, this kind of technique, has its own agency in making decisions or how do they participate or collaborate with human actors in public-participation process.
